Front-End (Client-Side)
The TAMMI System is designed to be client friendly AND agency friendly, keeping in mind the typical client. Functions, navigational structure, and overall architecture has been implemented for ease-of-use for your clients. With stand-alone architecture, you don't have to worry about painful integration into your current site. TAMMI provides the entire system for you.  Authorized Access To Portfolios
Only authorized users have access to view your portfolios. Users must request access with:
- Company Name
- Contact Name
- Username
- Password
- Contact Phone
- Email Address
The user must log in with a username and password. You also have the opportunity to capture complete contact information from your users once they have been activated. Users can then login and update their own information.
Custom Built-in Search Engine
Users can quickly select either Model or Talent, then select a respective category under each:
- children
- teen-adult
- mature
Authorized users can also query TAMMI with the built in search engine with parameters such as:
- age range
- gender
- ethnicity
- experience level
- hair color
- eye color
- type
Model/Talent Results
Search results are displayed in headshot format for Models or Talent. The total number of results is shown, along with the Model or Talent name under each headshot. To view the Model or Talent, the user simply clicks the headshot or name.
From here the user can enter the Model/Talent portfolio, or simply return to their original search results.
Portfolio View
Model and Talent Portfolios show thumbnails with mouseover features such as enlarge picture, titles, etc. The User can view and print Model Comp cards or Talent Headshots.
The user can also select a link to contact your agency about the specific Model or Talent utilizing the integrated contact module.
Back-End (Admin/Agency-Side)
The T.A.M.M.I. System has been designed with the needs of Model, Talent and Casting Agencies in mind. We continue to work directly with Model, Talent, Acting, Artist, and Music Agencies to enhance the TAMMI system, and we are continuing to add features that increase your productivity, while saving your bottom line.
 Complete Management Solution
- TAMMI provides a complete solution that lets you create each of your model's portfolios that include stats, pics, and comp cards that clients can print with ease, right from their browser.
- TAMMI includes a comprehensive database back-end that enables authorized users to access Model and Talent Portfolios online, while keeping the Model and Talent information confidential.
- Show only the information that you want shown to your clients.
- Users must be authorized by the Agency to access portfolios with a user account that also helps you manage your users and clients.
- Pages are protected within the browser to help prevent images from being saved to viewers computers.
- Clients can easily contact the Agency (via integrated messaging) about any specific Model or Talent.
- TAMMI's built-in custom search engine allows clients to quickly locate what they are looking for.

User Management
The User Management module allows you to Manage users that access your front-end system (client-side) that include: Clients, Prospects, or even your Talent and Models utilizing the integrated User Management. The User Management module includes details about your Client/User such as contact information, e-mail address, phone numbers, username, password, etc.
Contact Management
Our integrated Contact Management System makes it easy for you to:
- locate contact information for any Model, Talent, or Client
- send e-mail messages from within the system (no e-mail client needed)
- quickly lookup phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc.
The TAMMI Contact Management System allows you to easily and effortlessly keep in contact with Models, Talent, Clients, Users, etc. You can easily send out e-mail notices to select or many contacts at once (great for casting calls, etc).
